Vendors not supportive, engineering person manpower issue, executive engineer have work 12hrs Or more , no job satisfaction, fitters, electrician, water operator not performing their job properly hence deviation issue every month.

Work culture in production shop floor is gopd , company policies is good ,HR department is good . Great opportunity for learning .

... bad in pimpri location very bad politics. Sometime 12hr working . low manpower.no compensation High compensation(increments) is give only for manager, executive favorable person it is bad for straight person.

While working in Emcure Pharmaceuticals I have gained personal growth in terms of knowledge and experience. The working environment is so positive and all the co workers are very friendly. The management is very helpful and encouraging.

... of mistakes as a freshman increases. We learn from our mistakes and experience. Initial salary as a freshman is also below average but it catches up with time.
