Nothing to like about this company or work culture. Compensation might be the only good thing but that too only when negotiate well. Appraisals are a sham.

Dislikes

Company culture, Work life balance, lack of diversity, ability to learn and grow, regressive company policies and the attitude of the promoters including senior management towards the employees. Talentless people are occupying position of power and the entire company is suffering due to this. The HR department works with zero to no ethics and the department are headed by professional having no relevant experience or expertise. Eating non vegetarian food is prohibited and this un said rule is never formally communicated along with working Saturday even at the peak of the pandemic.

Reporting Manager Said To wave off Notice period and Said HR to Deduct My salary.HR Deducted My One month salary.And Again Raised Due amount On me.This is culture of Emcure. 4) My Manager Took Incentive With help of NSM and PMT, Raising Faulty Queries.

Nothing is good, only earning salary,incentive and increment are not so good. Only get 6% Hike after delivering 116% ytd per annum. Not get the incentive in the name of profitability issue. False statement and commitments given to the DRs and team members. Worst experience ever please don't join this organization.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
