Not properly arrange works shedule, food also bad, salary cutting without information, overtime and holly day duty wages not as per the qatar labour low.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management also. Policy of the company is good.

...ent doesn't address out issues and not looking the employee hardwork and skills. There is no salary hike.

Emco Limited is a very good company for average growth of employee. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology in safety & other place.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Management do not value unique strength of employee.
