Worst experience in my Life... I served more then 2 years for this company. End of the day layoff, layoff is not a matter, matter is they treat like use and through. They behave like we are pros....

Dislikes

No growth, end of the day they provide variable pay 40% only, after 13 months, without notice period they fired within 10 minutes. My total variable amount is 1,55000. But they given only 55000.

... insecurity among some leaders about their subordinates growing and advancing. Salary Structure and Hierarchical Issues: The salary isn't determined by experience, skills, knowledge, or leadership qualities. In some cases, senior employees report to junior employees who lack these qualities. The company's salary grades don't seem to align well with the abilities of the employees, with higher-paid employees sometimes having lower grades. Also, sometimes employees in higher grades report to those in lower grades, which doesn't follow proper HR practices. It appears that the company seems to favour employees based on relationships and friendships, giving good salaries and positions to those close to them. There's no recognition for skills, knowledge, experience, hard work, and dedication. Value for Skills and Experience: The perception that relationships and friendships hold more weight than skills, knowledge, and hard work can undermine employee morale and hinder the company's overall growth.

It’s hard to find likings about Jio embibe! Salary was on time and there wasn’t any pressure to produce something creative! Embibe working is more like mechanical, only produce numbers and go home to sleep well. Leadership team is not having any need of positive contribution, add value in your job so that’s good for you team members to fill report with required numbers . They talk about ownership but that’s only talks no action. Anyone wants to get relax and work join Jio embibe.

Jio embibe is video production company in the field of education. It’s culture less organisation. Team leaders are busy with google meets whole day! They don’t bring any value, knowledge or skills on table. All the load goes towards lower level workers.

- No Work-life Balance - Constant Threat for Working Weekends, No Leaves, and LOP - Experience doesn't matter. Even fresher or low experience people get chance to boss around experienced person if buttering well to manager.

Bad Work-life balance No proper management No proper planning. Product design changes on fly. No written requirement specification. Product developed on verbal communication. They can ask you to come on weekend. Day and night work without any extra payment. No work ethics, no professional communication, can scold as well. Product owner will not listen to anyone. What he/she say, that’s only right. They not focused on quality, only focused on deadline. QA don’t get proper test timeline, no requirement details. if delay from development end. Will give QA 1-2 days to test. And they will release the product with many high priority issues as well.
