It's a very good company as cito others like central government job..but here salary is very less and no good work culture

Union and worker based company.worker can get more salary.. engineer can get having 7 years work experience can get 18000 gross .

I feel so lucky to have worked with such a talented group .I have learned a lot working with this company last 7 years.

1. There should be a practical room for practice. 2. Salary should be reviewed as per work and experience also.

Likes

Working under Emami group is a good experience for me. The working environment is professional and also lots of training programmes are conducted regularly. Time to time lots of cultural activities are also conducted. Overall the working experience is pretty good. But regarding career growth it is average here. For fresher to start his career at emami is pretty good and would get a good and sound knowledge at emami paper mills.

Compensation is average and growth is slow.

Working 8 hrs inside plant and month-end salary that's enough.

Dislikes

Department's all seniors , HR system, salary parameters, safety department. Not suitable for working . Not following SOP. 99% people are home seek and they don't want to change any other plant that's why salary of this company is very low grade.
