toxic environment, employee use abusive language in meetings, with team members, and no work ethics. Your seniors will not support you. Unnecessary issues. Employees are sitting and getting their salary, no one wants to take initiative, implementation, no career growth, no opportunities.

Yet to see anything more dis organised and random Than this . People are fired without thinking about replacement and who will do the work .. if you ask such questions, you wil be fired also . Just sad
