No job security, you have to work very hard at company intrest but senior management will destroy you at any time without any specific reason, to much of politics in this company. Everyone saves our job at cost of your job. It's Development head is also pathetic.

The current scenario and insecurity. Lack of understanding of the new management. unrealistic targets, little or no alignment of the business goals to the teams

...hout any intimation to the employees. And try to save money as much as possible. Salary always comes on time but no timeline for sales incentive.
