the teammates lives and work like a family, team members are very cooperative and understanding and so are the directors

Dislikes

...king hours 12+ a day, very less value for efforts and dedication from Directors. Heavy workloads as compared to the salary bring paid, its a pain to guide freshers, and thus it increases the workload on rest of team.

The Organization is a Professionally managed Group. Top Management is very highly helpful and there is no complaints from any Employees - irrespective of their capacity. Very good work culture.

Dislikes

There cannot be any complaint about any of the Executives. A good Organization to work with.

We are basically an Engineering group and having all positive required backup from higher level, all teammates are happy with their independent assignments and we put all efforts to justify the subjects allotted to us.

Dislikes

In personal level not having any problem as connected with management directly.
