Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Working here is giving our inputs and ideas obviously at sites and bringing our ideas to visualisation.we can work energetically and give our ideas predominantly.other than that no technical persons available at management level and our inputs are waste,were no appreciations made in our outputs.

Poor management staffs.working for their own personal inputs and looting the company's profit for their personal needs. Those who do hard works for the companies development are not motivated and encouraged at any cost.keeping the external staffs beneath them and no feasibility for their growth.
