But management of this company in very caring in nature and stands with you in your bad time. Company didn't cut down salaries during the lockdown. Also no layoff during the lockdown period.

Activities are less, less international onsite opportunities here after the lockdown.

The company is Good place to Work. They will treat you well and help you in your Growth if you follow the company policies. Company gives you feasible time to work and in this company there is no company pressure.

Management is employee centric. Company work culture is good which help you to spend more time with your family. For promotions and appraisal you don't need to ask for, if you honest with your work and upto mark then you will get promoted and increment both.

Company is not good for people who don't work. there is nothing to dislike don't fall for bad comments. Company is really good if you are career oriented and want to grow in your life.
