I am sure this brand is going to be one of the most admired brand in india' because of the product quality and very good service back up. Regarding work culture : This company respects its empress and provide equal opportunity to every team member.

As a fact, Job security was not full enough and lot of politics in it. Work culture was not a hassle free atmosphere and it doesn't have flexibility also Management is superb eventhough they don't want to listen lower cadre employees while you're giving better suggestion & cost control. Regarding organization policies, it's not applicable to employees who are working in such environment and seems to bias for those influential employees

Never give an opportunity or chance to show our skills & talent in order to achieve the desired results in a time frame

There is no brand buildup activity from company, and carrer growth is very low, and also,customer reach is very low eltech products, maximam customer they dont know about Eltech products,
