Sometimes we have to work on Sunday also. And also late work....but it's on rare ..so it's adjustable .....other than that their is no issues.

No proper guidance for superior apart from executive, forced to extend late evening 2-3 hours, No job guarantee- anytime you'll be kicked out without any reason/intimation, Using bad words for scolding even the operation head- Mr. Aakash Chhabaria

No work life balance, No any employee benefit, no promotion, job is not secure, no good work culture. After completing 8 years still organization running behind experiment every 2nd ya 3rd month. They still they don't what's there future.

Horrible experience, vry poor increment, huge politics nexus going behind who are good rapport with managment they will get good opportunity for growth,here apart from work life they will must look into ur personal life what is going on ur life they like like to put some mud, if you are 12th fail also you can join no bgb just go with cv they will take you not for a educated guy you will feel shame less working among these people 12 fail standards mentality double meaning people......

Big unprofessional work culture they will not look you ur performance rather They will judge ur personal life to make fun out of it which is none of their business.... No growth you will feel regret why u joined 12 fail are there you will also feel 12 fail mentality if you r educated dont recommendable.... Yes who are good with management they will get work from home special people. Not for all.. Parciality and all CKF department.
