The longer you stay, the less respect you get, and promotions offer smaller raises. After 25 years, the company still follows the same old mindset. Management are often not qualified for their roles but hold power because of their long tenure. Workloads are high, pay is low, and job security is unstable. If there are projects, you're valued; if not, you're easily let go. Office events feel childish, and there are only 12 official holidays, which can be denied during festivals.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.
