Every activity happen in the plant is very smooth and easily operation were held no work pressure salary is on time. Everything is balanced in life while working with Elofic

No training provided to staff which is very dangerous for company as well as employe for their growth also there is great need to support such employe who is very hungry to learn and very energetic if support that is financial as well as learning is provided to them than that will be very growth full for individual that is for employe as well as employer.

Good scope for lubricator. And hard worker are not consider as good

If your relation with the owner of company is good, and you are doing any work on owner's house ( known as Kothi) such as electrician, plumber, fabricator or CCTV. So you are the most power full person in the company. Your level will be equal to AM/DM level.

It's all good if u want to learn and increase ur skills then u can definately. Everyone is supportive. Specially MD, JMD and ED Sir is very down to earth personality. Moreover All VPs are also very cooperative.
