Actually speaking no dislike, The only disappointment is no concept of bonus, and it's compensated through personal fitness program and Educational assistance program.

It is a paycheck, which every company legally has to pay you.

Preferential political treatment, calls come in the last few moments of each day so people cant end work at scheduled time, the work is really about finding forms and then looking for information for filling out terrible forms at the start of each call trying to give tech support but the people that review call tickets later they need forms filled out for every phone call with forms that have nothing to do with helping people that call in so the work is tedious stress that is draining by the end of every day, working with regulated work steps that always change and are always unorganized, for very low pay. Unfulfilling and isolating, no time to relax each and every day, for very low pay, and we are not allowed fifteen minutes breaks.

R&D doesn’t have that much work load as compared to cloud people, so work life balance is good and people are nice.

Dislikes

Company recently had a mass layoff without prior notice to anyone. FY - 2024 Salary hike is also not satisfactory!

You don't have any job security they can terminate you whenever they want by giving the excuses such as budget cut, company structure change anything. Work life balance is very pathetic, worked 10-12 hours atleast.

Promotions are not streamlined. Once person will get promoted with certain parameters and if another person does much better will not get promoted. Everything is based on manager inputs.
