It's a purely run unprofessional private ownership firm which runs at the whims & fancies of the owners.

Ellora was a purely private ownership hence was run on the advice of some selected friends of the MD with absurd ideas of growing the company in their businesses of Emulsion & Paints. Suggestion or advice by Senior Managers in various departments weren't taken seriously nor the owner & MD have patience to see whether these suggestions & implementation of ideas by Sales & Marketing head is bearing fruits. Interference & lack of operational freedom to Head of Marketing in every sphere both in Sales Marketing, Production,product quality & after sales service & financial crunch in implementing modernised production plant & skill development of human resources was a Bane in growth of the company.
