No any job security, career growth, salary, work environment all bed. my 5month TA pending. and daily change his company T&C. ePF and insurance not available.(m not received ePF no yet)

Nothing good in this company except salary distributed regularly within 5th Day of the month. HR do not have any power just does as directed by Project Company. They do not bothers to call us for anything. Do not provides proper documentation. No work life balance. No bonus. No Festival allowance. No Travel allowance. Not a single rupee bonus in any situation.
