...f favoritatism and ignoring the hard working people. Poltics is at next level. No hike, no good project, VP's are not supportive and always gaving the preference to employees who are there relatives. Lots of people having fake experience here but due to family members they gets promoted. Very bad culture.

1. senior management is friendly 2. Appraisals are good as compared to other companies 3. good projects available

1. No work life balance. 2. right now company calls employees compulsory from office but the office is not worth visiting chairs are uncomfortable interior is not good which makes our productivity less 3. No work from home 4. here seniors dont have much knowledge about industrial standards of writing code 5. some times they make time from 12 to 12 as client needs support 6. they call as sometimes even on saturdays and that too unpaid.

Dislikes

Higher management and middle management is pathetic. They don't know how to treat a person. They use slang languages, managers sing songs loudly in office, call people by nicknames, abuse higher management in front of junior employees, very unprofessional behavior. No respect is given to the employees. No job security, if they don't like you they can any time kick you with a lame reason. If you want to grow in this company then you have to be favorite of the management. HR makes reels in the office. They will give you hopes to travel different countries but its just a lollipop. Be in the favorites of the higher management and they will promote you as manager in few years.

Best work culture. Healthy environment to work as IT professional. Communication is easy with all levels. No barrier in that as per hierarchy. Seniors, Juniors all are involved in great communication and support. Work Ethics and mannerism are followed. Another thing is every culture and ritual is followed. Best organization I have ever worked.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics. They have very poor maganement and work environment. There is no cafeteria and gaming zone .They only stress employees on getting work done rather than employee health. Policies are not for employee benefit but sometimes you have pay from pocket .
