1. This is feeling like you are working in a LALA type company. 2. NO Saturday OFF and Medical insurance. 3. In the name of increment, after meeting with HR for appraisal in 6 months they will only 2000 increment No matter how will you perform. 4. I think public washroms are more clean than their washrooms. 5. Have lacks basic things like drinking water availability, cheap quality coffee and coffee powder. 6. At the time of joining they gave you false promises about increments.

...s (project manager every two hours come and see how much code last two hours), Six Days work and only minute lunch time if you take any extra time your salary is deducted and salary is date 7 but not come, if you resign this company they not give reliving latter and not give last months salary. salary time over acting.

Worst policy. No pay. Worst work life balance. Never join this company as we were forced to call candidates who are not even interested in changing jobs & misusing their profile on various job portals & company portals.

Nothing, no company policy, no work culture, no job security, no learning, very less salary as compared to market standards, nothing except basic pay.

Dislikes

Fraud company, they deduct PF from employee salary but do not submit amount to EPF( as per rules any company having >20 employee have to give PF, they have more than 80 employees), no work culture, dirty washroom, fake promises to hold employee, No rules and regulations. Do not provide salary slip, No full n final on separation, whenever you resign, you have to forgot your 60 days salary, They force employee to sign affidavit on exit so that no one can expose them or write on any digital platform. They says them selves best company in world, they hire software developer in 10K-15K(even not following minimum wages act) and expect output of 80K-90K, everyone is working here since 5 years is on probation and will be, they never confirm any employee because the have to provide benifits. They took initial payment from clients and delay the project as they do not have good resources to completes, at the end client get irritate and forgot money and project never completes. Everyone working here is looking for new opportunity. Nothing positive about this company.

Worst ecosystem, Seniors not supportive, CEO embarrasses you in front of everyone, less pay for more work, there is strict checkin time but no checkout time, you have to work on weekends too
