I'll be working here as a Design Engineer.Our company manufactures various types of special purpose machines for different customers.In my department I'll be working under senior designer.My work is to prepare the concepts and discussing with the customers and updating .Then modelling and generating manufacturing drawings with GD&T. I learnt many things related to Design and manufacturing here. Also about material selection and cost. Also I learnt how to get the standard bought out items such as motors, gearbox, pneumatic cylinders, LM guidewas, bearings, sensors, aluminum profiles, etc from different makes to use in our SPMs. I also learnt what are the problems comes while doing the assembly and how to sort out those.I also learnt how to do the drawings in detail so that any operator can understand.Now I'll be trying to work independently here. Also I took multiple projects sometimes, it was a great experience. Finally I can conclude that I have learnt many things here under the management.I also thanks to the management that has given me a great opportunity to work and grow in the organization.

Dislikes

...nior persons like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.Also there is no any tentative date of getting the salary. According to their needs,they pay the salary.Till now the management didn't provide the offer letter.Other company benefits also not there.
