To be frank Salary is the only benefit.

This is a good company(in terms of salary benefits)with the worst environment. There is no proper allignment and the atmosphere is not meant for all. Properly relieved from the company after serving 2 months, got the F&F settlement around 75 days delayed, HR Operation team is very lethargic, didnt approve my PF till now(around 3 months). Company should have some proper team to handle these things rather than making the ex employees life miserable.

...of termination they lay off members and they elite change policies like shoes When I joined on offer letter clearly mentioned if any one got terminated they will get 1 month of salary But before one day of termination they circulated mail stating that if any one got terminated they won't get any salary at the next day it self they terminated my 57 team members kindly it's my request this company is fraud and stealing customer money
