Working in Elico , Mysore, 2016 to 2021. Work environment is very good, colleagues and higher ups are very friendy and very helpful, always guiding and keeps educating. Learned a lot workwise, learned to professional. Best place to work for starters.

Dislikes

no career growth. No benefits of salary. Avg salary same even after 5-6 years, even after working plus 10 hours. Only if this would have changed, the company would have been the perfect place to work.

Likes

The company provides great guidance with regards to work and feel comfortable to work and learn new things. The company supports to study further and guided me in every situation. I really felt happy and greatful to work in that environment. I felt sad when I resigned to that position because I miss my colleagues as we became close within short period of time and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure will be moderate and there is no career growth. As per the salary benefits there will not be any increments or appraisals and there is no holiday for Indian festivals, there will be holidays for US festivals only as this is a US based company.

Likes

Since I have been in this career of medical transcription for over 20 years, this company is having one of the better work culture till date where ever I have worked with. This company gives lot of support to their employees with good support staff including techs and even higher ups. Management is very accessible at all time thats plus point. Overall, good environment for working in an MNC.

Some ups and downs are there in every company, but less here in this company.

We can learn how to produce quality documents which a physician/client requires.

Dislikes

Nothing is good, starting from salaries, appraisals, no carrer growth, should work like a machine with no benefit, salary crediting time will be on an average we get at around 25th of everyone and we haven't got for complete month on some occasions, its really horrible.
