No work life balance Toxic management, no proper structure for growth/promotions Expectation is do more work on a regular basis but don't expect recognition unless you know office politics

The salary and benefits are good. It is also a con since once you are in that salary range there are no other companies outside lilly willing to give you the expected salary.

Dislikes

They promote culture so much but in reality the upper management do not follow what they preach. There is retaliation if you raise concerns. They do not take action on survey feedback. Promotion goes to only people who talk aimlessly and not to the people who actually put in the work. The upper management will take the credit for your work. Recognition is some teams is almost nil. The company was good until 2020 but after that it was a downward spiral for employees.

Nothing , could be challenging if you are looking to not invest effort continuously , designation as per experience could be mixed up for many and concerning ..

Decent salary and work life balance(Depends on the team though) Company values Company culture(decreasing now a days and in the download slope)

I wrote this section and then AmbitionBox says it's inappropriate. Fish eaters dominate the company and they bring in their BS politics to the organization like Lilly. Nepotism at its peak. Technically sound will not survive and will get frustrated. Lot of decision making process. Micromanagement at its peak but M level say it's not micromgmt. Nothing else to say. You go through the reviews and take a decision about joining. Good luck!!

Good work life Balance. Friendly people. They pay you well. Company has high values for everyone. Looks to serve people and global community as a whole.

Coming to office twice a week. It should be 8 days in a Month as it was previously.
