Boss culture is not in Elgi . Boss are very supportive to drive and handle responsibilities

Car policy should be revised at manager level and salary structure at manager level should be distinguished with lower bands

Elgi is growing company with good hopes and it's good for new joinee with 4 to 5 years of intial work life to learn new things and work freely. It gives more opportunity for a new aspirants.

The salary hikes are not upto the market standards .

System till last few years are good.. now everything changed and 100 of staffs are packed and sent home with 3 or 6 month. They are asked to find new job and asked to leave company immediately. With 10, 20, 30 years experience in elgi but that and not a matter for the HR hariharan sudhan and gobi. This is due to EY consultancy asked to send out experienced people... very good Deming systems are being worked by well experienced people now they are on roads...very worst attitude towards employee for the management... உங்கள கேக்க யாரும் இல்லை என்கிற திமிர்...
