Likes

There is nothing to like about it expect getting good compensation and work from home but you end up regretting it as the work culture and management is pathetic. Will never ever ask anyone to go there.

Everything, like everything. 1. There is no management - Sumati, the contract department chandigarh is the pathetic place to work. 2. In Chandigarh Elevates there are no lawyers there are politicians. 3. Have worked in multiple organisations but never saw a work culture like this. No matter at what senior or junior position they hire you. They will treat you like an outsider and the junior position person will be your boss and will be giving you commands with discrespect, for which no management will listen to you. If they will listen you then in near future you will be the target to kick out from the organization. 4. There is no job security - they will kick you out anytime. 5. They do Layoffs every month but to keep the image clean in the market they hide it and most of the times do force layoffs for clean image. 6. They have assessments every month till Team Lead Position which now happens on every quarter after employees' request in which you have to get 99.5% otherwise you will be in PIP. 7. They have Quarter review instead of Annual and if you get low rating in quater review they will fire you and these ratings are based on buttering not performance. 8. No appreciation for work done by managers. 9. Directors are not directors they are great politician leaders. Note: If you don't want to end up your life with mental health issues please avoid joining this place just for work from home.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work from home is the only advantage.

...motions are just a formality. 5. Too much of politics by managers in the office. Only friends and family get nice praises on paper in reviews and hence good salary hikes and all.

1. No job security. Specially in CLM department. 2. No salary hike. (Salary hike given to only Favourite employees). 3. Every month IER stress. (Monthly performance). On the basis of IER. You are terminated from Company. 4. No Overtime given to employees. Employees working more than 10 to 12 hours. 5. No leaves given to employees.

1. Work-Life balance is the only positive thing about Elevate Services, but that totally depends on your Manager 2. Elevate will not fire you but they make sure to screw your life like hell 3. Leaves: One can club their leaves (SL/CL/PL). No sandwich leave policy. 4. Work from home 5. Compassionate: Management can organize/attend Funeral services for the deceased employee but no value for living ones.

Appraisal Cycle: The review period is from January to December but salary raises will be given in July to normal employees. No time frame for Special Employees. Learning & Development: The learning portal is open for all, but classroom or goal-oriented training is available to Special Employees (wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/pleasing personalities). WFH: Per the Manager, an employee should work more than 8hrs. Leaves: No leave encashment or adjustment policy.
