Elevate Parking System is the great company to work with. Worked in many company but management over here is very helpful Espl the owner knowledge wise ,gives many chances to rectify their mistake , finaicially(for medical exp) has helped me and many other employee in the company thats the reason the employee over here dont leave so easily.

Management is highly unprofessional, worst work culture and don't have working principles and ethics. No job security at all, employees hardly stays here for six month. No work life balance. Management always give false commitment to employees regarding benefits. At the time of interview they will promise you to give several benefits but after joining they will refuse to give the same.The management is master in fooling employees. As this is LLP company no bank will give you loan if needed.

I really appreciate the way you handle things with all of us working on there projects. I make me feel good to know. I work for a company with integrity that is willing to do somthing good for their employees. Instead of doing noting take care this is GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

The work-life balance is non existent. There is a lot travelling. The seniors are verg toxic towards new employees. It always seems like the seniors are desperately searching for any mistakes by the other employees. There is no appreciation for good work.
