A few close confidents are rotting for several years, they won't grow neither let others and company grow. 24*7 work culture and ceo can call text anytime. 24*7 tracking, will force to download 24*7 tracking apps or leave.

...for employee benefit. Biased outlook of management towards only specific few. Appraisals dont happen timely, salary comes timely. Work politics is tremendous here.

They give good hike if you achieve the target. But the worst part is you have to fight for a decent appraisal.
