Initial compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Very very less no of paid offs. There is no standered procedure for appraisal. Work pressure at client location is high, so need to work 12-14 hours a day.

No management at all. Very poor experience. The founder and Director is irresponsible. He doesn't come to office, gives all the work to the juniors , doesn't attend calls. Highly unprofessional behaviour.

We are using crack software for Hypermesh and Lsdyna for all 20 PC.

Dislikes

The Director Nachiket Umesh Phadke, is fooling to every new employee, that we have this much capabilty, we will work on defence and bla bla bla.
