Nothing much. If someone is badly in need of some job, I would suggest to to join this company. More specifically, try to avoid the inside sales department, as this will ruin your life.

...ll on Saturdays sometime. 3. There is no much scope of technical upgradation. 4. Poor salary structure. 5. The managers and the team leaders are free to take leaves. Not the executives.

Some top-level management and managers hinder the company's growth by maintaining certain departments that operate like government offices - stagnant and resistance to progress. This lack of forward momentum prevents the company from experiencing the necessary growth, resulting in unhappy customers who often switch to competitors. Unfortunately, the top management appears indifferent to these issues, and as a consequence, our business is on the decline.

The company is really. However it depends on the team you are in. Growth is not so much as the positions are not available so much since lot of employees have been there for 10yrs and even if any IJP comes the preference are given to high experience ones.
