Team salection is ok, presntation is good to traind people, job is not secure in this company, salary timing is very poor, travel allowence is good if employee is going out of station, work environment is good, management will support in running project.

I didn't came to this company directly, I had received call from Mr. Mayank and they given me one month salary to join eleganz without interview and formalities and after 4 year that same guy send a mail to me to resign the company, I didn't expect who was bringed me that same guy removed me from the association/company. But I will say to them thank you very much because of that now I have joined a very good company in very good package and now I'm on very good position. I will say only one thing to all NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE☝️

...nt and company not supported to me , and the same think also done with staff. Most they are using and though, employee are not get the salary as per govt rules

Job security is depend upon senior person , career growth is to good with work in all scope in own department , salary is so low as per work of timing ,learning platform is so great as per senior staff is to good for give proper direction towards work and career also , To be loyal with our own Boss .work life balance is also low as per work.company is best for to shape to us and to make great career .

Salary and Timing . Dont here any news from teammates about our boss will out to u from company.that's why one of best suggestion to any one or any where else to be loyal with our boss or known senior person .

... are provided. They can’t give an employee their increments and bonus on time. Once you left from the organisation they hold our salary for long time and they don’t even pay as well.
