Good work with employee teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria to celebrate your function and birthday party. Company policies are good there are providing good bonuses every year.

Dislikes

There no rules. Salary is low for career growth you can't see. There is a low increment in year ending we can spend time with your family when your leave from office at late night. No holiday and work pressure.

Likes

I like company working culture, teamwork, colleges from various areas from the country joins time to time is giving pleasant experience. Rehire policy of company is good for us.Time to time Signon signoff is good for crew members and it push us to rejoin company again.

Dislikes

Low compensation, working pressure sometimes very high. Its demolised our digestive system. Last time massage about work is very painful activities. Poor work planning by top hands creats pressure.

A good company with lots of exposure. I left elegant management now.the Mumbai crew management is very poor. Comparing with officers the crews are treated poor respect.

Since they having 400 and more vessels.manning department is getting trouble.working hours is too high with low pay.

There is nothing to dislike because of nature of employment, as I was in ops I was sailing there are a different work culture than corporate. However leaderships are really amazing and inspiring.
