Actually it's not a interior company it's a furniture seller company They got huge enquiry from social media & they have their own machine of making furniture so they made it and installed the furniture for this they don't need interior designer they need someone whol supervised the furniture installation process... After sell service & behaviour so bad once they final payment is received even with me they have done the same thing in appointment letter it's clearly mentioned my job is operation manager but after 2 months they wanted me to working as supervisor bcoz they need someone who guide the furniture installation.. I got the evidence also.... Not single supervisor is certified because for furniture installation you don't need a expert but in other work like false ceiling painting they're so many mistakes.

Dislikes

From director to adminstration no one is honest. Cheating with the client & always failed to maintained promised which they made with the client...even with the staff they're behaviour is not good working time is not fixed but they never give overtime incentive is written but they never give medical & others benifits are written but they never give all fake promises...
