Good work environment and culture. I have working fitting foundry section. It is a manufacturing plant also good but system is not good because working process very poor level and also salary structure. Covid 19 situation company alerts all workers washing hands and wear nose masks and keep distance. This pendamic situation company always with us because working area lockdown period also running and no casuality .

Someone who wants to settle, can join with a handsome package and can continue his rest of the life in a great engineering and helth work culture based manufacturing organisation.

1.Slow Career growth.Very less increasement for junoir lever employees Very less Salary structure. 2.No professional training or opportunity for skill development for new joinees. 3.No Pick up and drop facilities for shift employees. 4.No special benefits for those who are working in Hot zone even also in Summer season. 5.Company will provide you 40 leaves per year(PL+CL) but you can't get opportunities to take more than 10 leaves.No Extra payment, if you attend in holy days.

If you don't wanna develop. Only your aim is to sit and do nothing and get min salary. Then it's best company for you.

Most of the old people formed group. If are new you will be outsider. They don't want you to develop.

It is a great place for learning. Very much systamatic working environment. Safe working environment. Job security is very good.

Dislikes

...owth is not good. Company do not give good increment to it's former employer. Economical growth is poor if some start with low salary.
