...owth is not good. Company do not give good increment to it's former employer. Economical growth is poor if some start with low salary.

First of all the main issue is I am not in company payroll so that the salary & other opportunities of mine in my career is not so well. Particularly in my department there is many issue for leave even in National Holiday also. No time bindings for work

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There a no any cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
