timings Not good salary also average career no growth Festival no leaves. the work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day

Hi freedom job but not satisfaction some people is satisfy

Hi some problems,management to me that's why IAM resigned job spechally timings problems,no salary increment no follow labour rules.no sick leaves casual leaves,no increment ,no health insurance.management company system not correct especially employees caring.

I like to work inthis company but some of particular reasons to not willing to work 😞.

There is no responses taken about employees.should be taken there own decision on employee to remove anytime.only who are supporting to higher authority it will be sustained the company.when employee remove onthe particular location they didn't know even higher authority.when Saturday & Sunday May take leave 4000/- rps will be debited on employee.

Yes from 2014 I am working at in this same company my higher authorities never treated me like a employee they are treating me like a family members very help full and very supportive company for employees
