Appraisal rate has now gone down since last 4-5yrs. The appraisal won't justify your hard work throughout the year. But there is job security which compromises with your work life balance as you've to be ok tours sometimes. Everything else is alright.

I am really proud to be part this company. We have good team and we co ordinate eachother whatever problem we face. Really good to be hare working as a team member.

If I think customer point of view, we have very good exposure in the market. I feel that our response is not at real time

There is no job security here, working culture very bad, politics and favourism takes place, CEO of the company is very kanjoos makhkhi choos, company's policies named anything doesn't exist its a place where nobody could think about it their growth, only benefit is that working here technical knowledge increases significantly
