...ead by MD in a conference at Pune which leads to increase in employee attrition. Apart from the reason that employees need to pay the EMI either from salary or charge commission from new borrowers or can claim fake travel reimbursement & unauthorised increments to the staff where NPA's are increasing in order to cover the delinquency percentage. Amit Gadhaire name defines the ops head perfectly. Every year company needs new cxo's like CFO, CRO, COO etc. due to poor management or can say old employees don't want to upgrade the company's culture.

...rowth YOY now working as sales team leader and operating from kaushambhi branch. Company is well'n good in terms of Growth, salary and support. This is my First Company and i am glad to be a part this organization. ...s of EFL are very satisfied and they see EFL as their prime business partner. Work culture, Salary, Increments are also one of the best and that is the reason people work here for long duration and if someone goes out, after just 1-2 months they become desperate to join back EFL again.

...stake , Krishna has force me to resign the job did not know what's the reason, He was looking for joining bonus for every employee after 3 months , he was forcing to resign after 3 months once he get the joining bonus 15000, and he was taking legal agreement charges from the customer of 5000 so what was the amount was remaining he was only taking, if you did not believe me if you can check the bank statement he will transfer to her phone pay account,??????
