At first I was very excited about the work and team Appreciation and encouragement given by seniors and peers to work as team Good team bonding activity (mostly volunteered by team not company) Recognition of work and better work opportunity Boost to self improvement and eleraning opportunities

...ne on one discussions are shared among the managers (resulting in losing trust) Salary and perks are below standard Subtle politics and favourism while considering for hike/promotion ** These factors defers based on the project and team. Not everyone goes through same experience but my peers and seniors working along with me during my tenure had similar experiences

The culture, the management does not encourage talent, always look the people on the basis of the salary, if your salary is high, irrespective of the work you manage, you cannot sustain over there. Earlier the management was motivational and great now the management is worst. Guys whoever wants to seek opportunity in EA, just think, the growth will be stagnant, no motivation, career growth, no monetary benefits.... Just think twice thrice before you go on.

Job security in India, as they hire less people

Micro management, this is mainly the managers you get. Very old work and no new technology, mostly work is related to support, no appreciation, round the clock support

Company culture is good. Work life balance is peaceful. Benefits are satisfactory.

Dislikes

They push you to do and learn to work on complex things slowly which can also come under pros but some employees might find it stressful and paranoid. Appraisals can end up disappointing you at times though you have achieved all the goals for that particular year.

HMMM, Here there is no job security and Full politics here, if you need work here you need to impress all then only you will be there here. think before u join in EA
