Good Company for freshers and early joiners as lot of opportunity to learn practice on shop and organization skills. MD is visionary, flexible timings and Saturday, Sunday are weekly off.

Few department and people are favoured in decision making and management is unaware about practical problems faced by junio employees, Huge work load.

Lots of opportunities are there if you are willing to put in efforts and get out of your comfort zone.

Extreme work pressure and number are everything here. Efforts means nothing here. Only performance numbers on KPI counts.
