If in punch is there and out punch is missing then they mark absent. I want to tell if someone come to site then he leaves site when his 9hrs are complete. If for Sunday they don't send mail to employee for attend the site, then why they need mail approval for comp off approval? No overtime for engineers and supervisor if they work extra apart from working 9 hrs. Allowance is only for 11 months from year.

1. The Poor Management. 2. Communication Lapse between Admin and HR Teams resulting in suffering for the On-Site Team. 3. Even after giving enough time after proper discussion for accommodation, these people were not able to provide same accommodation facilities. Even after 45 days they are saying to be patient for 2-3 more days. This was the reason for leaving the company. my travel fairs are not reimbursed even that was the another loss. 4. Think twice before joining as they say something and do something.

Working with Electromech is best and all senior management is too good especially Mr. varun sir MD of Electromech infra-projects. all staffs are supportive in Procurement division, Design division, Business strategy division
