Flexible working hours were the only thing I could say I like.

Intern program is a joke, at least in department I was assigned to. I was assigned to print archive invoices that were going back to 2020 as during lockdown none was onsite to do it. Thousands of invoices to be printed and organized. Work a child could do if necessary. I learned nothing. I have had one training on how to book invoices. All the same ones, one scheme of working. Whats more the derpartment is working on 94 version of JDE - joke. Actual employees seemed satisifed with resposibilites and opportunities but intern program is a scam.

Likes

Grate teamates, collaborative, sharing grate rapport. Excellent work atmosphere. Consumer focus, focus on natural resources and follow regulations to the letter and beyond. Respect for human values and exposure to International culture. Encourage innovation and customer centric solutions. Good work life balance.
