The salary is never on time and it becomes tough for the people to pay the bills. Leaders are only eager for power and are hypocrites as well as loves to play politics, no wonder if you can judge them on the very first day. No proper structure is there, every week the structure changes. Why? Because people wants power. No work life balance, you need to work even on Saturdays, but if you ask for some personal time for important work they will understand that.

I’ve been working here since the last 3 years and there wasn’t even a single day when i thought that i should apply somewhere else.
