...they are hiring young people after completing 10+2. No leaves no flexi timings . Salary is very low. No admin and HR bother about their staff health First they said night shift will have transport After joining nothing Salary is for fresher 15k below

Overall worst experience too politics work culture and can't grow in future. Coming salary part 10k is basic for passenger handling executive. Better start away from this fraud people.

I learn lot of things about airline cargo work. Flight cargo operation as a GHA employee.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth as employee is slow. The work pressure is very high, I have to work 15-18 hours straight in a day as I have handled cargo flights.
