I am thankful to my previous organization because I have learned a lot of things from there. According to me changes are necessary for everyone to enhance their skills, knowledge , personal growth and financial growth.

There is no support with the management, salary is less and carrer growth is slow.

Good working environment.Seniors juniors and management all are supportive.Great place to work and grow,time to time trainings,good compensation,Companies policies are good .

There is lot of politics and large hirechery levels,Salary growth is slow but bonus is good.Sometime work pressure is more and work hours extended.Shortage of staff many time which result in high workload on existing employees.

No salary no respect only politics and nothing No benefit no travel reimbursement nothing We work like a dog No job security When they need you they will call you they will give 1000 papers to sign and all fake things But when they don't want you they will be easily throw out you from the company in 1 single call And the uniform is so worst uniform in this world In winter also we have to Ware short frog I will never recommend any 1 to become a part of celebi company BWFS and AIR INDIA SATS are much better then you .

Being an celebi employee I must say that you've a lot to let in terms of work company iss having professionalism and they also value your for your feedbacks and they also have good benefits and schemes for growth work environment is also good you can find suitable shift timings also

Salary appraisal is based on work performance you work good you'll get good salary and other benefits leave policies are good but its depends on your Leave balance if you've leave balance in your account then you'll get you'll not get whole leaves credited together in leave account you'll get half CL for one month of complete working
