...am for work. But company atmosphere are poor. I advice not to join this company. There are issues for salary. Company don't give salary in right time. And have a increment issue.

I am very lucky to do job at my company. For fresher engineer it is the best place to learn knowledge & creat selfe verry quickly.

Very bad experience,, management is very bad,, management not thinking about maintenance engineer,, they not giving salary time to time,, huge amount of pending,, lots of employees suffering from mental harassment and physical.. Very big problem is that they are giving total salary in 3 times,,

...re is nothing in this organisation which will help you in ur career enhancement. There is no job security, Salary structure is very bad. Salary never get credit on date. They have decided the entire salary into 3 parts. And they never came on time.ibhave worked in this organisation for 2 years and learnt nothing. If i talk about management then they will never help you in trouble insted they will blame on you if u do something wrong on field. Work responsibility is most important part. They will hire you for their clint Indian Railways. Indian railways uses equipment given by Eldyne for their signalling system. Each of the engineers are alloted with atleast 150KM range. In which they have to work everyday (24x7). Yes, 24x7 as u know Indian railways never stops so whenever there would be any kind of failure in the equipment Responsible SSE will call the engineer to attend the failure. No Weekend,No Rest Day, No timeing Salary, No bonus, no increment, in terms of leave they will give u 7-9 days leave in every 6 months ( that only when u ask them, and it's not sure that ur leave request get approval). So be careful if u r joining the organisation.

24x7 working, no weekend, no rest day, no work and personal life balance, no leaves( when u will ask them for leave they will approve only 7-9 days leave, suppose u r working in Maharashtra and belongs to Patna or Asansol. It tools 2.5 days to arrive home. 5 days gone in your travelling. So basically u would be in your home town for 3 days only. And believe me ur salary will never allow you to take flights. U rarely borrow the 3rd AC ticket. One thing I must tell you.) They never reimburse the amount of traveling or anything. I was responsible for a section which was arround 150KM in between which total 84 Distance Points i need to visit and also I have to go in failures. Working culture is too bad. I will suggest everyone become a private tutor but don't join this organisation.

It is a core company .work under Indian railway and metro in contract taking signalling and axcel counter project and maintenance.i am project engeer in fully automatic section signalling and axel counter project in northern railway side.

Dislikes

It is the good but not pay salary at right time. And growth is slow.
