All tasks such as documentation, calling, and testing are assigned to one person and no salary increment or promotion for three years, even if they work hard or perform well. The HR department always gives fake promises.

Work environment and culture is quite good . Colleagues are the best thing that keeps one going.

Not much growth opportunity. Work is monotonous. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Appraisal and hike is non existent.
