Management, salary increment is very poor, very much sales preasure, poor internal growth, poor incentive plan, no sick leaves, anniversary extra works etc.

I really like worked in elca company and company benefits

Overall is good but when Penademic situation lockdown is happened company asked to resign from the post but they should hire the same candidate after the lockdown was over but this was very disappointed me they hire another candidate that's very bad.. They should give rejoin to their ex staff .

Likes

The brand and the products are really good. Also the education team helps u a lot with regards to training and development.

Dislikes

There are no growth prospects and also the sales team is quiet pushy and doesn't understand the issues and make efforts to sort them. Also there is not transparency and the management has become bias... It isn't the way it was 2 years back where the right person was chosen for the higher position...
