Top leader cant run and operate or make growing or profitable it properly so that is why the organisation got shutdown from max location

Even the founder doesn’t knows what they are doing . I believe last option will be to go for IPO and get the investors money out . The marketing head doesn’t knows a difference between hoarding and banner .

Work life balanced in this company, and you got your salary and other benefits on time to time. This is a good part of this company.

Dislikes

No job security. They will fire you on a single call. From Last to till date more then 15k persons are fired from this Company. During the promotion period your boss is one of the main person who played the main role in your promotion.

There are so many dislikes . There is lot of Politics in the company. Who ever will take bosses to the parties & other parties will get Promotions , Transfers , Good Salary Hikes. More over RM does not have enought Knowledge & Touching the Warehouse Manager. These all this know to the director, But even though he won't take certain actions. But Warehouse Team will come work for 24/7 , But also Bosses not having any satisfaction. Company is very good. But Director should take necessary actions.
