Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

1) On-time Salary and reimbursement. 2) Due to the covid situation, induction & training were done on zoom call, so gained a lot of product knowledge on this commercial refrigeration trade and it wasn't one-time training it happened periodically.

1) No job-security 2) Un-necessary traveling. 3) No realistic targets. 4) Politics and backbiting from Senior levels. 5) Favoritism and groupism. 6) No Appreciation if do well only criticism of what you can't achieve. 7) Extra perks are just on paper.

On boarding and exit procedures are systematic

Dislikes

Company has no brand name in market but in respect to prices Elanpro is the highest and maximum employees not survive more than 6 to months also after 6 months company not provide confirmation for easily termination.

Worst Management, No Job Security, Shift Timings are 09:30 to 07:00 but they still working after 07:00, No personal life, First they hire the person and after 2 months they fired the employee just because of 1 Deputy Manager Sanjeev Goel. They hired me in month of June 22 and they fired me in month of July 22 and gives the reason that I am not serious about work. Worst Company. Please think 100 times before working here.
