People who have contacts with senior management can go and come in office any time and can also maintain there side business running apart from this job.

... work life balance and perks. Or else other are forced to work there energy off. If work goes right senior management takes credit gets praised and gets salary appraised. If work goes wrong junior management takes the fall, will be blamed salary deducted, demoted, or fired. Now personnel's in junior management even don't have skills to change or switch jobs. too much financial burden as no increment in salary for 5 yrs. Senior management gets increment of 10-20%, whereas engineers, supervisors, workers gets 5-10% increment. Well there no guarantee that salary will be incremented every year. Shortage staff, available staffs forced to work in slave like culture but not getting paid as much of there work, exploitation of workers and junior management if you have no family relations to senior management. No learning or grooming no motivation, no encouragement. Zero coordination between departments. You can stay and work for this company if you strong financial backup from home and only comes to pass some time of your day and get some extra cash for your lifestyle but you can't survive with only working in this company.

You Do your job on time... nobody bothers you any more.... Seniors are very Cooperative..... Friendly environment...

3months notice period... Salary becomes late most of the time from the past Covid Crises.

Career Growth is negative here.... your salary may increase at the rate of 10% every year or sometimes 20% but your didn't get any type of promotion here.
